it came from hard work, you're class tom, of course you grew to be big, but i can see it was was all you being dedicated, almost every day, not many have this mentality in this particular chapter of the human story. not here anyway. we've definitely been waaay tougher on these isles. the "long peace" since WW2 created a lot of weak men. tom you chose not to be one of them. we forget how tough we are, because there are so many softies at the moment. even most of the strong-looking gym-goers are softies.
