When I do track I normally do mile so at the end my eyes burn because I sometimes get sweat in my eyes and my legs are done like after my event I can barely stand so then I look drunk trying to walk then I do a 800 aka half mile so at the end of my meet I’m dead mentally and physically

Yea it's hard I did 800m run for grade 6 and got first and 3rd for the 400m run in grade 6

I'm an athlete and I run 400 and 1500
I was in track in JH and I was a larger person back then ~210 4’7 I was supposed to be Shot,Discus,100M but due to an error I was entered in the 400 I lost by almost a minute (only person left on the track) and by the time I finished all I remember is waking up in the grass on a pool of vomit 😢 😂

I feel the most lactic on the second curve but by the final 100 it just feels like everything goes numb and I don't feel anything. Adrenaline or something I guess.
