Foul on keeper for Arsenals goal. Pushed him almost into the net. Goal shouldn't have stood and should have been a pen to United at the end. Blatant could got nothing of the ball went through the back of him. Better team lost.
Utd will struggle again this season. Yeah, they've signed a couple of good attacking players, but they've got the same suspect defence, the same lack of a real engine room in the middle of the park (you can't be relying on ancient Casemiro to boss a game) and no proven out-and-out PL striker. And in offloading Rashford and looking to get rid of Sancho, Antony and Garnacho, that leads them terribly short of attacking numbers should Mbuemo or Cunha get injured. Not to mention that's basically all their wide midfielders being shipped out – leaves little room for tactical flexibility or resources for a new manager who prefers a different system should Amorim get sacked.
All this decent performance against Arsenal did was paper over the cracks.
