I just want to point out that this explanation of how women's and men's strengths are different also applies in a lot of other situations, like some jobs, sports, and other things are better suited for a specific persons abilities than others. Let's be real, the two are simply built different. And absolutely nothing is wrong with that.

This has actually been done, and unranked college men destroy Simone on floor and vault, the only disciplines that are moderately equivalent. The men could learn her routines in under a week, she can NEVER do a decent flair on the floor. The men can learn her uneven bars routine easily, with one problem. The bars cannot be set far enough apart for men's larger frames. Simone cannot handle a man's parallel bar routing at all. It has been proven. So just stop.

See the only thing I would disagree with is I think if men trained women's skills they could learn to do them just as well as women and same for women learning men's events. You just have trained for different things.
Im a man and just did the center of "gravity" mass test, I was able to hold it for about 3-5 seconds, not sure what that means. 🤷♂️
Yes, she is as great as she is because she and her sport are immune from biological men invading it and completely dominant. Gymnastics probably one of if not only sport that do this, where events for men are women are different. And what is the reason for it? Biologically differences!!! Why can’t people and Simone herself recognized it. There are differences between boys/girls, men/women. Why would she want other women and girls have to fight against men/boys in other sports for a spot when she did not have to? How is that fair and justified?
My brother competed in girls gymnastics when he was little because our small town didn't have men's gymnastics, by the time he hit high school, we'd moved and men's gymnastics was available. As a spectator of one boy competing in both sports, can confirm they're VERY different sports and he excelled in men's while he'd only been mediocre in women's.
Men have balls. Immediately disqualified, not because it would be unfair to the women, but to the men. No one deserves to be castrated by a beam.
The women will batter men in their own category and vice versa gymnastics is based on separate strengths that allows both to be ahead of each other. Whereas, different sports like football (soccer) is male dominated because there are no rules or games that are different for women
There's been enough semi-amateur videos on YouTube where men and women gymnastics athletes try out the other genders moves. Turns out both men and women suck at the opposing gender's sport
Why do men want to compete with women.
I do feel men's floor routines should have music and dancing like the women's. But yeah, biology is different and lends to different skill sets. That's the thing I love about the Olympics in general. Each sport has a body type that works best for that discipline. Long distance runners are pretty thin. Spinters have powerful thighs. Gymnasts tend to be short. Shot put tends to be stocky and powerful. There is no one perfect body type in this world. We are all built for different things.
And still, there are on youtube random male gymnasts who do Biles' floor routines much better than her. Which doesn't remove anything to her greatness, but men are just way stronger, they jump higher.

The narrator is stating the obvious but not dealing with the issue of men in womens sports. Lol. It's just stating why Simone is so comfortable running her idiotic mouth because her sport is least likely to be intruded upon by a man masquerading as a female.
Simone is not special. She has shown cowardice while trying to hide behind mental health issues. As a millionaire she allowed the taxpayers to pay off her student debt. And she had her publicist do a nice little backpedal when people didn't support her nasty little body shaming comments towards Riley Gaines. What you are failing to mention in this video is why people are saying this. They’re mad! The way Simone Biles has treated Riley Gains and multiple other people is disgusting. She thinks she is owed something that she’s not. That’s why people are saying these things they are not just random comments.

I hate the myth that women are stronger than men in the lower body. The fastest mile by a man is 3:43.13 and the fastest mile by a woman is 4:07.64 which is a huge difference in the running world. The fastest a woman has ever kicked a soccer ball is 69 mph and the fastest for a man is 131 mph. Men are stronger than women and thats ok we need to start protecting women's sports from men pretending to be women.
So the person means trans women, therefore they are women. Period.

Even in other sports where women's are different than men's like softball or women's lacrosse… they are similar enough that men would still dominate those sports.
