Pausing mid penalty is fine, the paradinha is not pausing mid penalty it's going a step or two back or moving any of your limbs back. It's completely fair to pause mid penalty but it's banned to move back
This whole video is utterly bs fake news. The only one that is correct is the penalty kick. It is forbidden now to do feints when you are close to the ball but not when in the runup to the ball
